You may qualify for eXp Luxury Membership through past sales production or through Luxury Certification.
Requirements by Production:
- (3) closed sides within the last 24-month period at 3x Average Sales Price of local MLS*
OR
- (3) closed sides within the last 24 months at $1,370,000 CAD+*
Requirements by Certification:
You may qualify to join the division by holding one of the following luxury certifications:
- English – eXp Luxury Certification
- French – eXp Luxury Certification
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing

Luxury Certification
- To automatically qualify for eXp Luxury Membership, you can take the online eXp Luxury Certification Course.
- It’s presented in a self-paced video format with accompanying slides, and is approximately 3-5 hours in duration.
- The course is available in both English and Canadian French.
