The Luxury Certification Fast-Track Is

Certification is required for agents who want to join eXp Luxury, but do not yet meet production standards. During EXPCON 2023, we’re thrilled to offer this fast-track certification at no cost to agents who wish to join the program. In addition, all agents who join eXp Luxury during EXPCON can save up to $500 on their initial annual eXp Luxury membership fee.
WHAT TO KNOW:
- Session capacity is limited. Registration is required but does not guarantee a seat, as this session is first come first serve.
- To use the Fast Track Certification from EXPCON as qualification for eXp Luxury Membership, you must sign up for membership within one week of the event.
- You must ensure you are scanned IN and OUT of the session, and be present for the full 3-hour course.
- Only agents who are active members of eXp Luxury can associate as eXp Luxury Certified or utilize its branding.

EXP LUXURY MEMBERSHIP FAQ
What are the qualifications for joining eXp Luxury?
You may qualify for eXp Luxury membership through production or by having an approved credential.
To qualify by production, prospective members must have achieved three (3) closed sides within the last 24 months at $1,000,000+ OR each three (3) closed sides within the last 24-month period at 3x Average Sales Price of your local MLS.
To qualify by credential, prospective members may hold any of the following:
- eXp Luxury Certification (including the online eXp Luxury Certification Course OR in-person event Fast-Track Courses completed within stated time limits)
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing
- Luxury Homes Certification from NAR
What is the cost of eXp Luxury membership?
The regular price of membership is $2,500 annually for a primary member and $995 for a team member.
What are the requirements for team members?
Team members must be part of a registered eXp Realty Standard, Domestic or Mega Icon Team. The team leader of an eXp Realty team must be enrolled in eXp Luxury in order for Team Members to receive the discounted rate. Self-organized teams which are not registered as eXp Realty Standard, Domestic or Mega Icon Teams are not eligible for team rates.
Are Canadian agents eligible to join?
Canadian agents are welcome to join eXp Luxury. However, the Canadian eXp Luxury division has different pricing and qualifications, as well as a different application. Please visit join.expluxury.com/canada to get started.
